This weekend had the added bonus of a free Monday off. Off school anyway. It was cold and dreary. And cold. Or was that just me? My eldest is taking great delight in proving how not cold it is by lounging around in a t-shirt, whilst I have a coat and scarf on. Inside the house.
We took a trip up the Blue Mountains yesterday. There is a pie shop at Wentworth Falls that we love to go to. I always have the Pumpkin Leek and Cashew pie. Nom. Nom. It is always accompanied by a skim Caramel Latte. Bliss. So perfect in this cold wet weather.
It has been a while since I have blogged. I have been really busy. I have been knitting and quilting away.

Hours and hours of knitting. Wasted.
In the meantime, I did knit another cardigan and it is so warm to wear, that I have worn it so much that I have not even taken a picture of it. I need to knit another one soon.
Tonight, I need to stitch 2.4m of hanging sleeve to my show quilt so that I can drop it off first thing Wednesday. Oh, and make a label too. One day, I will be ready in advance for such things.
You have been a busy girl…some nice quilts there…man, that would really pee me orff having to undo all that knitting…how frustrating..which is why I haven’t knitted for years..lol
